Our products are over-the-counter husbandry and supportive-care items, not veterinary medicines, diagnoses, or cures. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for professional care. Always read the label and follow directions, and consult a qualified reptile veterinarian for any sick, injured, or declining animal.

You are responsible for using each product correctly and for your animal's wellbeing. Use products only as directed, for the species and situations they're intended for. If you're unsure whether a product is right for your animal, ask a vet before using it.

Products are marked available or sold out. We do our best to keep stock and pricing accurate, but listings can change and occasionally an item may be unavailable after you order. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you.

Listed prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or out-of-stock item) and refund any payment.

We ship within the United States. Because these are health and consumable products, unopened items in original condition may be returned within a reasonable window; opened or used items generally can't be returned for safety reasons. If something arrives damaged or not as described, email us and we'll make it right.

The photos, words, and other content on this site belong to HerpMedics. Please don't copy, resell, or reuse them without our permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages.

Please use the site and its forms in good faith — don't submit spam, abusive messages, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may decline or remove messages that are abusive or automated.

Products are sold as described and pictured, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent the law allows, HerpMedics isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the shop grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you're okay with the current version.
